Processing time:
The shipping process begins within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your payment is approved.
Delivery time:
The estimated delivery time varies between 5 and 20 working days from the date of shipment.
Shipping costs:
All our products include free shipping to Italy.
Delivery times:
Deliveries are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. In some areas, Saturday deliveries may be available, depending on postal service availability.
Special situations:
In case the parcel cannot be delivered as expected, the following situations apply:
Incorrect or incomplete address:
If the registered address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to the nearest post office. The customer will be notified and a new delivery attempt will be made. If the customer does not receive the product, he can collect it from the post office using the tracking number.
Change of address:
Once your order is complete, you will not be able to change the delivery address. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us by email within one hour of placing your order to discuss the possibility of a change (subject to updated shipping costs based on the new delivery area). After one hour, the order will be sent to the address initially registered.
